My Learning Buddy - Your Child's Reading Tutor

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the My Learning Buddy application ("the App"), operated by Sonic Limited ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App is designed to assist children aged 5 to 8 in improving their reading skills. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, a parent or legal guardian must create an account. The parent or guardian is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information and for all activities that occur under the account. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to create accounts independently

4. Parental Consent

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we require verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians must provide consent during the account creation process.

5. Data Collection and Use

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This includes:

Personal Information: Such as the child's name and age, provided by the parent or guardian during account creation.
Usage Data: Information on how the App is used to help us enhance user experience.

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sonic Limited and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit permission from the Company.

The App may include links to third-party websites or services. Sonic Limited is not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. We encourage parents and guardians to review the privacy policies of any third-party services their children may access

8. Termination

Sonic Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sonic Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
